As some of you may know, I have pirated many things, mostly TV shows and music. Here is a guide on how to pirate like an amateur with a website!
I believe that many of the people reading this are at least familiar with The Pirate Bay but this website has been outdated for years. There are currently many sites that run almost exactly like the pirate bay, but they have higher quality torrents. The one that I use is 1337.to which has almost the same UI as the pirate bay. Another great choice is Archive.org, But it is sometimes hard to find what you are looking for. R/piracy contains many threads that have better tips than listed here, if you do not want to torrent then try to find a download site in these threads. If what you want is not listed below, try to find it using these links.
Most of you reading this probably believe that the only way to download stuff is by clicking a download link, but that is not true. Torrenting is the backbone of piracy, most user pirated content will be in a torrent file, but what is a torrent?
The concept of torrenting is pretty easy to understand, other people who have torrented the file send you parts of it until you have a copy, which you also should seed and let others take from. The most accessable way to torrent files is to download a torrenting client. The client that I use is qBittorent, which is a very user customisable client. Keep in mind using torrenting is pretty risky, especially without a VPN. Torrenting has a set of "rules" which are designed to keep the torrent alive as long as possible.
You have got to be able to understand how being careless in pirating can sink your ship. If you are not using proper precaution, you will get caught. So to have a safe way to download torrents without getting your internet connection terminated. The easiest, and cheapest way to do this is to go to a public place with internet, Not A Library and pirate to your heart's content, this is the approach that I use. A more expensive, but also easy option is using a VPN at home. The VPN that is nearly universally praised is Mulvad VPN. A lot of advertized VPNs will still snitch on you to your Internet Service Provider.
